5 Companies Take in 70% of China Box Office

Local reports have films from Huayi Brothers, Enlight Media, LeTV, Wanda and Bona Film bringing in over US$725 million combined this year in box office sales. The take amounts to more than 70% of all domestic film sales. Enlight led the pack with US$218.71 million, Bona came in second with US$143 million followed closely by Wanda with US$141 milllion. Huayi and LeTV each took in around US$100 million plus for films they produced.
